Going strong into our 14th year, in 2017 we aim to enhance these relationships even further through the continuation of previous programs and the implementation of new, dynamic programs and events. We’re very excited for the expansion growth of our program into the Northern California/Bay Area greater region, and look forward to becoming a staple into the community.


College/Scholarship Applications & Campus Tours
As the most important segment of a high school career, the anticipation of life after 12th grade is at the top of the list of priorities for many students–with a range of topics, such as essay construction, application submissions, academic funding, scholarship, and campus life. This 3-day workshop is geared to assist youth in guidance towards a successful future after high school. (Fall Program)


Resume & Portfolio Building

Whether it’s an extracurricular background, interscholastic experiences, or volunteer work, this workshop is geared towards the introduction of generating a strong resume, portfolio, sports highlight reel, or electronic press kit, for future advancing. (Spring & Summer Program)


“PROJECT C.E.O.” (Cultivating 

Executive Opportunities)
Financial Literacy
“If only I knew then what I know now!” This workshop is geared towards exposing students to the ins and outs of the economic world. Topics covered in this workshop include-but aren’t limited to basic budgeting skills, funds account management, savings, investing, and capital. (Winter & Fall Program)

Team Building (Indoor)
When being a member of a team or organization, working together in a positive environment is deemed most important. This Workshop is geared towards providing various team building exercises and concepts that will encourage teams and organizations to understanding of trust, process, roles, execution, and more- outside of their typical environment. (Year Round Program)



Youth Football Camp 
Not your ordinary skills & technique summer youth football camp! LSC NorCAL’s Football camp “Capture the Flag”, opens with traditional fundamental drills, exercises, and play techniques, and closes with a competitive tournament of flag football. (Summer Break)




Youth & High School Basketball Tournament
This tournament is geared towards uniting various youth basketball teams (boys & girls) within the bay area through friendly competition and positive sportsmanship. (Winter Break Program)


“LSC Cheer Corps”
Youth & High School Cheer Camp
Cheerleading boot camp!  This clinic is geared towards teaching and growing within the basic techniques of show/competitive cheerleading, including but not limited to cheer, jumps, kicks, tumbling, pyramid stunts, presentation guidance, and overall fun!!



“Building the Bay”
Community Restoration/Maintenance
Taking great pride in keeping our community not only safe, but also beautiful, Building the Bay Focuses on various local building and restoration projects. Our projects range anywhere from fence building to park restoration, and more. In conjunction with community team efforts, Building the Bay looks to offer High School Students an opportunity of course credits to maximize on their Senior projects.



Annual Rise Above Thanksgiving Turkey Give Away
As our Signature Community Event, our Thanksgiving Turkey Giveaway has become a staple event within the Pittsburg/Antioch Areas. Having given away over 600 turkeys, each year we look to grow to serve more and more deserving families. (November Event)

LSC NorCAL Turkey Giveaway




Another year of Thanksgiving Holiday celebration in the Bay Area !!!

As if the Fun couldn’t get any more exciting!! LSC President Cameron Colvin hosted the pioneering “Rise Above Turkey Giveaway” with LSC NorCAL in his home town of Pittsburg California. In the past Cameron has given away over 600 Turkeys to families of the Bay Area and has been recognized by a number of media outlets for this yearly growing event! “Hold that Line Youth Football Camp and Cheer Clinic featuring LSC NorCAL”


Another great weekend out in the Bay Area! Honored to host our very first LSC Cheer Corps Cheer Clinic Boot Camp at the “Hold That Line” Youth Football Camp! SPECIAL THANKS to the Bay Area Seminoles Youth Football & Cheer along with NFL Pro Bowl Champ Lorenzo Alexander, for having us. These brilliant kids all went out there and gave it their ALL! We TRULY look forward to future events & collaborations.


“2017 Pittsburg Healthcare Fair & Childrens Festival”


Such an AWESOME family fun filled TIME this weekend Kicking off Summer 2017 at the Annual Children’s Festival & Healthcare Fair in the beautiful City of Pittsburg California!! Lots of Activities and Entertainment for all ages! #LSCNorCAL was graced with the opportunity to Co-Host the Kids Health/Fitness Zone with an obstacle course race filled with excitement, musical chairs, and a rockin game of Kickball. It was amazing to see all of participating Youth having such a great time!!


“28th Annual Bay Area KIDS FEST”


Sun shiny day in the Bay Area!!! Lots of family fun, laughter, and good old fashions great times!! Special Thanks to the Mt. Diablo Unified School District as well as the Athletics Department of Mt. Diablo High School-Concord, CA for having LSC Co-Host the Face Painting Booth. Such an awesome time seeing how happy all of the Kids were with their beautiful face paintings. We Look Forward to Next Year’s Festival!


“#RootedInOakland: Fireworks & HipHop Night with the Oakland A’s”


A Fun Filled Evening at the Rickey Henderson Field in Oakland. Delighted to be the Guests of the Legendary Bay Area Hip Hop Group “Hieroglyphics”, as they were honored by the Athletics and the City of Oakland for their positive influence and contributions to the community. The evening kicked off with an opening ceremonial pitch and ended with a beautiful fireworks display. Special thanks to Webb Management along with the Front Office of the Oakland Athletics.



A wonderful evening of light music and refreshments, LSC NorCAL celebrated recipients of the 1st Annual “Brilliance in Advancing Youth” Awards. Such an honor to kick-off the launch of Linking Sports & Communities Northern California–by recognizing our honorees for community leadership. Mega special thanks to all of our awesome guests in attendance. We Truly look forward working with our involved supporters and becoming a recognized staple here in California.
